Mexicali Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cans chili with beans
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add chili, corn and tomatoes, mixing well.
    Pour into a 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Prepare corn mix according to package; stir cheese into dough. Spoon dough around edge of baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
