Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. instant rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 oz. can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain.
    Combine hamburger and remaining ingredients except noodles and pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Top with noodles and bake for 5 minutes. Serves 6.
