Zucchini Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    6 c. sugar
    1 can small crushed pineapple
    1 large box apricot Jell-O or any flavor
Preparation
    Boil zucchini, sugar and pineapple for 10 minutes.
    Add Jell-O; boil 2 minutes longer, until it starts to thicken.
