Upside-Down Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Add milk and egg; stir just enough to moisten the dry ingredients.
    Spread topping in bottom of greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Top with batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
