Carrot Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice carrots into pennies.
    Cook until fork-tender.
    Chop pepper and onion and combine with remaining ingredients.
    Add to drained carrots.
    Let marinate several hours and serve cold.
