Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell
    3 Tbsp. milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    crumbs for topping
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 lb. fresh rhubarb
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb into one-inch pieces.
    Beat eggs, milk, sugar, flour, cinnamon and vanilla just until well blended.
    Stir in rhubarb.
    Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
