Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 large onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    Mrs. Dash (original blend)
    1 can tomato sauce or V-8 juice
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 large head cabbage
Preparation
    Pull off about 10 leaves of cabbage; wilt in very hot water. Take raw hamburger and chop up.
    Add onion, salt and pepper.
    Add rice and mix.
    Take cabbage leaf; put ball of hamburger mixture in leaf and add Dash, then roll.
    Place toothpick to hold roll together.
    Place in bottom of pan.
    Cook over medium heat 30 minutes with water just covering.
    Add potatoes, whole and peeled. Sprinkle with Dash.
    Cover and cook until potatoes are done.
    Add juice or sauce and warm.
