Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts
    2 stacks Ritz crackers
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    poppy seed
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts; cool and cut in bite size pieces.
    Set aside.
    Crush 3/4 stack Ritz crackers and line bottom of a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Place the chicken pieces on top of crackers.
    Mix the soup and sour cream and pour mixture on top. Top with another 3/4 stack of Ritz crackers.
    Melt the butter and mix with poppy seed.
    Pour on top.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
