Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can tomato sauce
    oil
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown onion in oil.
    Add ground beef and brown.
    Combine tomato sauce and spices together; add onion and beef.
    Simmer for 30 minutes or longer, if desired.
    If too thick, add another can of tomato sauce.
    If you want chili and beans, add 1 can pinto beans.
