Easy Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    4 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Heat
    oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 2-quart souffle dish.
    In a saucepan, combine mayonnaise, flour, onion, salt, nutmeg and pepper;
    stir
    constantly over medium heat for 1 minute.
    Stir in milk
    until
    smooth.
    Stir\tconstantly,
    cook until thick. Remove from heat.\tStir in spinach.
    Beat in egg yolks.
    In a small bowl,
    beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
    Gently
    fold
    into
    spinach mixture.
    Spoon into prepared dish.
    Place
    on
    lowest
    rack of oven.
    Reduce oven temperature to\t375\u00b0.
    Bake
    for
    40 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Serve immediately.\tServes 4 to 6.
