Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 can beef broth
    4 celery stalks, chopped fine
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    garlic powder to season
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck with celery, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Drain; add remaining ingredients to meat.
    Cook for 1 hour on low heat.
