Bourbon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bourbon
    1 c. seasoned croutons
    1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    In medium bowl, soak croutons in bourbon until all liquid is gone, making sure croutons are completely saturated and soggy.
    Add ketchup and beef and mix well.
    Form into patties.
    Place on medium-hot grill.
