Hot Crab Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab
5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Mix crab and eggs.
Blend remaining ingredients into mayonnaise and stir into crab mixture.
Pour into greased shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated and lightly browned.
