Texas Fudge(Not Candy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jack/jalapeno cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddarella cheese
    jalapeno slices (optional)
    salsa
    Triscuits
Preparation
    Shred all cheeses.
    In a greased casserole dish, place cheeses and beaten eggs.
    Toss until cheese is covered with egg.
    Add jalapeno slices on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool slightly; cut into squares.
    Place on Triscuits; top with 1/4 teaspoon salsa.
    Serve warm.
