Caramelized Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 c. raw peanuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in heavy skillet.
Cook until all peanuts are completely coated and no syrup is left.
Put on ungreased cookie sheet and spread so that peanuts are separated.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring several times.
