Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 eggs, separated (beat whites stiff)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients, except egg whites, after removing bones from salmon.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Put in casserole and bake about 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
