Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage, hot or mild
    1-1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 lb. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine sausage and cheese in bowl, add Bisquick small amount at a time and mix with hands.
    Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
