Bonnie'S Beef Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz.) beef tenderloin steaks
    4 patty shells
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
    1 small chopped onion
    1 c. red wine
Preparation
    Brown steaks on both sides.
    Saute onion and mushrooms in butter and wine.
    Defrost and roll out patty shells.
    Place piece of meat on patty shell; add mixture of onion, mushrooms and wine to meat and wrap pastry around meat.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 425\u00b0. Serves 4.
