Ingredients

1 C sugar
3/4 C butter
3 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 9 inch baked pie shell
Preparation

Mix on medium speed butter and sugar for a full 4 minutes. Stir in melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat eggs, one at a time, on high speed until well blended. Pour in baked pie shell. Best if refrigerated overnight.
