Greek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boned and skinned chicken breast pieces
    1 to 2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. ground pepper
    juice of 2 lemons
    salt to taste
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips.
    Marinate 5 to 10 minutes in mixture of oregano, pepper, lemon juice and salt.
    Heat olive oil in skillet and saute minced garlic briefly.
    Add chicken strips (and marinade if you want) and cook until just brown.
    Serve over cooked rice with some steamed broccoli.
