Baked Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
6 crackers, crumbled
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
-
Stir first six ingredients and mix together.
Pour into greased casserole.
Spread 4 crumbled crackers on top with grated cheese and bake at 300\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
