French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick melted margarine
    pinch of salt
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
