Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oat flakes
    2 c. wheat flakes
    1 c. wheat germ
    3/4 c. all-bran
    1 c. unsalted soya nuts
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    Add vanilla to oil, honey, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
    In
    a large roasting pan, put the flakes, wheat germ, all-brand, nuts and seeds.
    Pour honey mixture over all.
    Put in oven at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes; take out and stir.
    Repeat every 10 minutes for 45 minutes.
    When cool, add 1 3/4 cups of raisins or any dry fruit and coconut.
