Hot Sausage Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. hot sausage (2 lb.)
2 small cans diced green chilies
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
1 large onion, chopped
16 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Brown sausage and onion.
Drain.
Add chilies and tomatoes. Simmer 5 minutes.
Add sour cream and cream cheese.
Keep hot in crock-pot.
