Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken
    2 c. celery
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1/4 c. pimento (thin slices)
    1 c. potato chips, crushed
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. green onions
    salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Toss chicken, celery, almonds, pimento and mayonnaise.
    Blend in lemon juice, onions and seasonings.
    Fill a shallow, greased casserole.
    Mix grated cheese with chips.
    Sprinkle over top. Bake at 375\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.
    Yields about 8 to 10 servings.
