Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked deep-dish pie shell
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed
    mushrooms (optional)
    ham or sausage, cooked (optional)
    green peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Put bacon (or ham or sausage), onion and cheese in pie shell. Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper (mushrooms) and pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
