Itsy-Bitsy Pizzas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornmeal (optional)
1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen white or wheat bread dough, thawed according to pkg. directions
oil for basting crust
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Coat cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
Evenly sprinkle 1 tablespoon cornmeal on each sheet.
Cut dough into 6 equal pieces.
On lightly floured surface, roll each piece of dough into a 6-inch circle, using hands to stretch dough. Pinch edge of dough to form a low, stand-up rim.
Place 3 dough circles on each cookie sheet; brush each circle lightly with oil. Top pizzas as desired.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
