Asparagus Souffle Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 (10.5 oz.) can asparagus spears, drained and chopped or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, thawed, drained and chopped
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
freshly ground pepper to taste
a few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
In a large bowl, beat eggs for 3 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tester inserted near center comes out clean.
Let cool.
Cut into 36 squares.
Serve at room temperature.
