Saucy Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh green beans
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place beans in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
