Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. unpeeled apples, cored and diced
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    1 1/2 c. seedless white grapes
    4 c. sliced bananas
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
    3 c. pineapple juice
    maraschino cherries with stems
Preparation
    Mix pineapple juice with pudding mix in medium saucepan. Cook until starts to boil, then remove from heat. Allow to cool until clear. Place apples, pineapple and grapes in large bowl. Add pudding mixture and stir gently. Add bananas shortly before serving; stir gently. Decorate top with cherries.
