Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Vidalia onions, sliced
    4 small potatoes, sliced
    1/4 lb. chicken breast, cut in strips
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large casserole dish, make alternating layers of onions, potatoes and chicken.
    Mix together soup and oleo and spread over evenly.
    Bake 1 hour.
