Vietnamese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 lb. pork
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 small onion
    3 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    pinch of black pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    pinch of Accent (optional)
Preparation
    Wash the
    rice.
    Cook rice in 3 cups water.
    Chop onion and cook
    in frypan containing 1 tablespoon oil.
    Place small pieces of\tpork in oil.
    After seasoning with salt, pepper and sugar, fry for
    10
    minutes.\tRemove\tpork and cook shrimp in same manner for only 5 minutes.
    Remove shrimp from pan.
    Cook peas.
    Use another skillet to fry the cooked rice in 1 tablespoon of
    oil. Add
    pork,\tshrimp\tand peas to fried rice and cook on
    medium heat
    for 10 minutes.
    You may add a pinch of Accent, if
    desired. Yellow food coloring may be added at the time rice is being cooked to add a more appetizing color.
