Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to oil and sugar mixture, blending well.
Fold in carrots and nuts.
Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan in 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
