Shredded Hashed Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes (1 b.)
    1/4 c. chopped onion or green onions
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Peel and shred the potatoes (should be 3 cups).
    Rinse the potatoes and drain well (pat with paper towels to make as dry as possible).
