Indiana Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large can kidney beans (28 oz.)
1 large can tomato juice
2 or 3 sliced onions
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Saute ground beef until done.
Add kidney beans and tomato juice.
Add chili powder and sugar.
Meanwhile, saute onion slices in butter or margarine.
When onions are cooked (clear), add both onions and butter to meat mixture.
Simmer 1/2 hour. Serve with oyster crackers.
