Chinese Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Szechuan stir-fry sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. golden brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lb. thin cut boneless pork chops
    1 c. onions, sliced
Preparation
    Mix stir-fry sauce, water and sugar in small bowl and set aside.
    Put oil into wok and heat over medium-high.
    Place chops in wok and brown on both sides.
    Remove chops to plate, reserving as much oil as possible.
    Stir-fry onion slices in same pan until light gold brown.
