Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    salt
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. green onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until done; drain. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    The next day, grate potatoes. Mix with other ingredients.
    Place in shallow 2 quart baking dish and bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
