Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. country Dijon mustard
2 medium, cored, sliced apples
1 lb. thick ham steak
Preparation

In skillet, melt margarine until sizzling.
Stir in brown sugar and mustard.
Add apples.
Cook over medium heat.
Stir occasionally until apples are crisply tender.
Place ham in skillet with apples on top.
Cover.
Cook until ham is heated through.
