The Natural Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked tomatoes
1/2 c. sauteed onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sweet basil
Preparation

Saute onions and pepper to juice of tomatoes in saucepan and bring to boil.
Let simmer until reduced about half in volume. Cut tomatoes in small pieces or mash and add with seasoning to juice.
Let simmer briefly.
(Should be quite thick.)
Serve over patties.
