Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix carrots, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil and nuts by hand.
    Mix well and add the flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Mix all by hand; do not beat.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes in a well-greased cake pan.
    Cool well and ice with cream cheese icing.
