Morning Glory Muffins(375~ Oven) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Fiber-One cereal, crushed
    2/3 c. milk
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. chopped apples
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. finely grated carrots
    1 1/4 c. flaked coconut
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin tins or use paper liners.
    Mix cereal and milk in large bowl; let stand 5 minutes or until softened.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Fill tins almost full.
    Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pans.
