Chunky Vegetables Over Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (28 oz.) cans chopped tomatoes
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. sliced or cubed zucchini
    1 c. black olives
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 lb. medium shells, cooked
Preparation
    In large pot, combine all ingredients except shells.
    Simmer over low heat until carrots are tender (about 30 minutes).
    Serve over cooked shells.
