Ingredients

center cut pork chops
salt and pepper
Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Wash center cut pork chops.
Rub thoroughly on both sides with salt and pepper to taste; place in foil covered shallow pan. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce on each side of the chops.
Rubbing it in and turning every 5 minutes.
