Fall Harvest Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean bulk pork sausage
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 tart cooking apple, cored and chopped (red)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook sausage in skillet, stirring to crumble.
    Drain well. Combine sausage, rice, apple, onion, celery, raisins, sugar, salt, allspice, cinnamon and pepper.
    Spoon into a 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Makes 8 servings.
