Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. onion
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1-1/2 lb. broccoli, steamed and chopped
    3 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, divided
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine. Add flour to onion mixture. Add 1/2 of the Velveeta to onion-flour mixture. Add the eggs to the broccoli; mix well. Combine rice, soup, broccoli, and cheese mixture. Fold in last 1/2 of Velveeta. Put into buttered casserole dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
