Shredded Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 shredded wheat biscuits
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. molasses
3 Tbsp. oil
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. yeast
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. warm water
5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation

Pour the 2 cups of boiling water over first four ingredients and cool to lukewarm.
Mix yeast, sugar and warm water and add to first mixture.
Next add the flour.
Knead 10 minutes.
Let rise until doubled.
Punch down and shape into loaves.
Let rise to double again.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
