Mexican Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef pot roast (to family size)
    meat tenderizer
    cumin
    garlic powder
    onions (small)
    salsa
Preparation
    Put tenderizer on meat.
    Sprinkle on cumin to your taste; it sometimes is strong.
    Sprinkle on garlic powder (2 teaspoons). Put onions on meat.
    Cover with salsa.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender. Slice it and serve with flour tortillas (warm as directed on package).
    Serve with Mexican rice.
