Light Orange-Honey Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. olive oil (or butter)
    2 large eggs, separated
    2 tsp. finely grated orange zest
    1 2/3 c. unbleached flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. powdered sugar (for dusting)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray bottom and sides of an 8-inch spring-form pan with nonstick coating.
    Lightly flour the pan.
