Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in juice)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    Creamy Frosting
Preparation
    In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, at medium speed, beat together oil, sugar and eggs until well blended. At low speed, gradually beat reserved flour mixture into egg mixture. Beat until well blended.
    Stir in carrots, pineapple and pecans. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
