Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a bowl, cream together sugar and butter.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each addition. In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt and add alternately with milk to the creamed mixture.
Stir in chopped cranberries.
Spoon into 12 paper-lined 2 1/2-inch muffin cups. Fill 3/4 full.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
